Great care when I had to go there.
Closed today and the last time we tried going on a weekend. Sign in window says go to the hospital ER, which costs how much? No recorded message when you call that they are closed, it just rings & rings. I called Riverview Hospital to verify I had the correct phone # & they told me they couldn't tell me if it was open today & that they get a lot of complaints because nobody answers & there's no voice message.
I was well taken care off and everyone was very nice and professional. I had hardly any wait time and was back home in no time. I was very pleased with this place.
My 4 yr old woke up at 2 am complaining of ear pain. We gave him Tylenol and he went back to sleep. When he woke up his ear was still bothering him and because it was Saturday we were not going to his Doctor's office. I was so pleased to walk right in the Urgent Care (9:30am) with no wait, this was our first experience with an Urgent Care. Once we were checked in we waited less than 5 minutes before we went back to the room. The nurses and PA were so sweet and did a great job with my son. He did have an ear infection so I was very happy I took him in. We were there less than 30 minutes, drove straight to the pharmacy to pick up his medicine and were home in less than an hour and a half. I would not hesitate to go again if the need ever presented itself.
