Dr Brian Benjamin is a great Pediatrician. He really takes his time to make sure all of our questions are answered. I never feel rushed out and always am welcome.
The worst on time management. If you have an appt time expect to wait 40 min or more to be seen. Been going there for 2 years and staff still cannot remember my children’s names or faces. Drs are nice but not worth waiting an hr to see.
Dr. Benjamin is a great doctor! My family loves him and he is great with children. Always takes the time to make the kids comfortable and also make sure the parents understand everything.
Great staff and doctors. They take great care of my kids and most important take time to answer my questions.
The Doctors are ok. Most of the time they tell you that your child just has a virus and send you home then you end up back at the office paying another office visit to finally get meds when the child was really sick the first time. Also the nurse line never gets answered right away and it could be hours before you get a call back. Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion.
