I have been there multiple times for my child or myself. Staff is always courteous and professional. The nurses and doctors have always treated us very well. You never know how long you will be in there but we definitely appreciate the location and how convenient it is.
When I walked into medcheck, I needed to check in and the employee at the front desk had me waiting for a good 4-5 minutes before acknowledging me that I was there. During that 4-5 minute wait, she was having a "personal" conversation with another employee behind the desk. The employee finally called me up when she finished her conversation. Well then, I proceeded to tell her that I needed a physical done and she looked at my crazy. She made it a little more complicated than what it needed to be and didn't feel I would be able to get one (even though I called ahead of time to make sure I could get a physical done and to make sure they had openings I was assured they would.) she finally asked another employee and of course, I was able to get one there seeing how that's one of the services they provide. She was unprofessional and not very knowledgeable on the services that are provided.
Took my daughter in for a cold sore that wouldn't heal. Was seen by Dr. Jason Daniel Lee who was incredibly arrogant. Even though he had no knowledge of my daughter's health history, he dismissed me as not making sense when I told him that we had not had past success with a particular antibiotic. He prescribed it anyway and was very condescending when I tried to voice my concerns based on our experience with that particular medicine. He smugly offered to prescribe something "that wasn't recommended". In short he was a total jerk and I hope we never have to see him again.
Amazing professional and kind staff. Will always come here first. Aggressive treatment of sinus infection got the job done.
wait too long even through very few people wait. What are employees doing during our waiting time? Too slow service compare to my doctor office which was fast service.
