I've been going here for years, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Dr. Aaron and Dr. Matt both show genuine compassion for their patients and really try to work with you, not for you. They include you in the entire process, and actually talk to you about their findings in a timely, and loving way. Annie makes you feel welcome and loved, which is good since she's the first face you see. I love this place.
Dr. Matt is awesome. Always flexible to get me in on short notice and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, Annie at the front is great!
I came to Dr. Matthew Ferris when my back and neck were in pain to the point that I was barely functioning. After initial x-rays, he carefully showed me the issues with my spine, helped get things back in alignment, and then gave me tools and knowledge about how to care for myself and my particular situation in order to continue to improve my quality of life. He showed compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Ferris!
I have been to several chiropractors in Hamilton County and most do the bare minimum but Dr. Matt Ferris is not like the others. He not only knows his skill well, he utilizes all his skills to their full potential. I do work that always jeopardizes my back alignment, and I am typically in a great deal of pain and discomfort. However, now because of Dr. Ferris's well honed abilities I am without pain and discomfort and even have more strength to do more. We will now be recommending all our employees to utilize his services.
The desk staff is always amazing and willing to be flexible with my schedule. Dr. Matt has helped me work through upper and lower back and neck pain to be more mobile today. If I have a problem arise unexpectedly they show concern and are willing to get me into the doctor same day to address the issue. I highly recommend United Wellness Center if you need chiropractic services.
